A Poem Written by Vivian Ennis 03/28/1991
The hardest things in life is the pain so deep within
of feelings that are suppressed and comforts oh so missed
An expression of love and respect people are supposed to share
what makes life easier is when other people in your life listen and really care
The hardest things in life is the feelings not worked out
an expression of how we feel that is kept inside without a doubt
The need to tell the ones you love exactly how you feel
and have them shut the door on your feelings oh so real
Where do you put those feelings in life that are not worked out
if not shared you will carry through life without a doubt
You stuff them deep inside and the infection starts to grow
until one day you are truly listened to and then you can let go
