A Poem Written by Vivian Ennis 12/31/02
for my father- RIP Dad 1932 to 1978
Rainbows of silent colors in the sky say so many things
Pastel mixing of red and orange shades of wonderful greens
All the colors remind me of
a daughter and fathers unconditional love
Way high in the sky the colors are beautiful to see
as I walk along outside I think of you Daddy
And how nice it would have been to spend the day sharing all the while
as we laugh and play in the sun both sharing a smile
Every time I look up and see a rainbow I think of you
hoping deep down in my heart that you are thinking of me too
