Drumming Circles

Drumming and so much more
Opens up a brand new door
Shakers rattling their own sounds too
Sounds coming from me and you
As the beat goes on I can feel inside
A release of stress and of pride
I Get taken away with each new beat
Feeling peace around me as we retreat
Deep into a world that my spirit only knows
Feeling a change right down to my toes
A relaxing feeling that makes us feel sure
As we drift deep into meditation afterwards
I can see a vision from deep in my soul
This will leave me feeling so very whole
Drumming an mediation forms a circle around
The type of heaven where I want to be found
Drumming carries me away to places I can rest
Making me feel like I am at my best
I know we all experience differently through and through
